The date is set for the Swedish Championship in homemade beer. It will take place on the 7th of May at Gamla Tryckeriet in Alvik (Stockholm). It feels like a perfect date for the festival, doesn’t interfer with all the things happening in April.

Me, my father, Erkki and Per will participate with two brews. A DIPA know as Death By Hops 4 – Fellowship of the Hops and a hopped up hefe-weizen named Spanked Virgin Wheat 2. We have already made DBH4 and will brew SVW2 on saturday. I will present some new ideas about SVW2 in a post later this week.
